The Speaker added a House Special Committee on Fisheries referral              
to precede the Resources Committee referral to the following:                  
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 149                                                            
"An Act relating to the Board of Fisheries; and providing for an              
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
HB 149 was removed from the Resources Committee and sent to the                
House Special Committee on Fisheries, with Resources and Finance               
Committee referrals to follow.                                                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following members be excused from a call of the House as noted:
